Getting to know who I am and what drives me
I'm Cris D. Omambac, a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (June 2026). During my four years of studies, I was introduced to web development, graphic design, and cross-platform app building. I don't claim to be an expert in any of these — I simply had the chance to explore and get my hands dirty with different tools and technologies.
Having knowledge in something doesn't mean I'm already good at it. I see myself as someone who is still very much in the learning process — picking up new things every day, making mistakes, and growing from them. Every project I've worked on has been a learning experience, and I know there's still so much more for me to discover.
I'm actively looking for opportunities in any IT-related field where I can continue to learn and improve. Whether it's web development, IT support, software engineering, or other roles — I'm willing to train hard, adapt quickly, and put in the effort to grow alongside a team.

The milestones that shaped my career and expertise
Flipside AI provides data collection, annotation, review and research services in computer vision, language and mixed-modalities for robotics and autonomous systems learning.
Gained hands-on experience in production work including book cover design, manual binding, riso printing, cutting, collating, and tracing. Received Certificate of Completion (COC).
Supported the President in managing the College of Technology student organization and overseeing day-to-day operations. Assisted in planning and coordinating organizational events, ensuring smooth execution and active student engagement.
Provided graphic design services including logos, menus, shirts, warmers, jeans, branding materials, and more. Developed creative solutions for various client needs while balancing academic responsibilities.
Led the College of Technology student organization, managing overall operations and coordinating major events including Intramurals and College of Technology Week. Spearheaded the organization of the annual Mr. and Ms. Technology pageant, overseeing planning, logistics, and execution from start to finish.
Remotasks is a crowdsourced platform where freelancers perform digital tasks like data labeling, image and video annotation, and text classification to help train artificial intelligence systems.
